  Very modern, sleek hotel. The suites are a very decent size however the cleanliness lets it down. Whoever services the rooms must be in a rush or not have attention to detail.

  Disappointed with the hotel, classified as a 5 star but it's NOT. Dirty floor all over. Not happy, never coming back.

  We are loyal customers with Realm Hotel and their other properties. In particular we love the feeling you get when you check in to each hotel it's very classy. I prefer to stay in a room with a bath. The aircon doesn't ever get the room below 22° even though we have had it set on 19.5° due to the 33°+ days. I would suggest requesting a outward facing room. As the atrium echos every noise made from below or from other balconies. The outward facing rooms often look over to Parliament house and you can easily open all you blinds as no-one looks in on you. In saying this I will still be a loyal customer and look forward to returning soon.

  Stayed little national which is just opposite. We are here for BF (included). Food is amazing! Why you want to look for a cafe where here is fantastic one attaching to hotel?
