    Had an amazing Vichy Shower with Kiri at Mudd the Spa. There's a therapist who really knows her stuff :)

    Had a voucher and called to rearrange the booking... however the number they sent me wasn't correct yet they still charged me despite me leaving a message. They claim there is no voicemail but how is that my fault when they sent the wrong number?

    The spa is actually very good, unfortunately they have a staff member who speaks to customers in such an arrogant manner that I am amazed she still has a job. I sincerely hope the owner understands the negative impact this person has on the reputation of the business. It is the best spa in Canberra, just make sure you let the owner know if you are treated poorly by a staff member.
